Cesc Fabergas tweets about joining FC Barcelona!

Earlier today Cesc Fabregas tweeted about joining FC Barcelona, which before deleted 2 minutes later someone had screen shotted it and was translated into English and says "Happy and proud to be in FCB I drive to Barcelona! Hugs to all". Although it has been rumoured it could be photoshopped, i'm not too sure. It looks pretty real to me.
